Terms of service
These terms cover your use of this website. Commercial terms for an actual order are set out in the quotation, proforma invoice and sales contract we issue for that order, and those documents take precedence.

Information on this site
Product photographs show work previously produced in our factory to customer specifications. They are examples of capability, not stock items for sale, and they do not constitute an offer. Specifications, minimum quantities and lead times stated here are typical and are confirmed only in a written quotation.
Quotations
A quotation is valid for 30 days unless it states otherwise, and is subject to material cost movement, final artwork and confirmed quantities. No contract exists until a proforma invoice is issued and a deposit is received.
Intellectual property
By sending us artwork you confirm you have the right to have it manufactured. We treat your artwork as confidential and will not reproduce it for anyone else. The design of this website, its text and photographs remain our property.
Third-party brands
Any brand names or characters visible in photographs belong to their respective owners and were produced under a customer's licence. Their appearance here does not imply endorsement or an offer to reproduce licensed property.
Liability
We provide this website as it is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on general information published here, as distinct from the specifications in a signed order.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Terms applying to a specific order are set out in that order's contract.
