When you submit the inquiry form we receive the name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country and project details you type into it. Our server also records the time of submission and the IP address the request came from, which we use solely to detect automated spam.
Why we collect it
To reply to your inquiry, prepare a quotation and keep a record of our correspondence with you as a business contact. We rely on legitimate interest, and on your consent where required by local law.
Who sees it
Your inquiry is delivered by email to our own mailbox at [email protected], hosted by Hostinger, and is read by our sales team. We do not sell, rent or share your information with advertisers, data brokers or other manufacturers.
How long we keep it
Inquiry correspondence is kept for up to 36 months so we can pick up a project you return to. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no cross-site trackers. Your language preference is stored in a first-party cookie so the site remembers it. Any analytics we run is configured without personal identifiers.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will action it within 30 days.
