The moment a plush toy has to hold something, it becomes a bag — with all the construction that implies. Zips need to run smoothly after a thousand cycles, linings need to be wipe-clean, and straps have to be anchored into a reinforced seam rather than the outer fabric.

We build plush accessories to soft-goods standards: nylon or metal zips from named suppliers, bar-tacked strap anchors, taped or bound internal seams and lining fabrics that will not shed. Hand puppets get a separate hand-channel pattern so adult and child sizes both work, and mouth-moving puppets are reinforced at the hinge point. Mirrors, card slots and phone pockets can all be added, and every metal component can be nickel-free where your market requires it.
