Whether you are extending a picture-book character into merchandise, replacing a discontinued teddy or launching a first retail range, the work is the same: turn a flat drawing into a sewn shape that reads correctly from every angle and survives a child pulling on it.

Our pattern makers work from artwork rather than from an existing toy, so proportions match your character rather than a generic body block. Faces are the hard part and where most factories fail — we prototype the face separately, photograph it under neutral light and let you approve the expression before the body is cut. Short-pile plush gives crisp edges for graphic characters; long pile and sherpa read softer and hide seams on rounded shapes. Fill weight is a specification, not an accident: we quote a gram target per size so your production units feel like the sample you signed off.
