Direct factory, not a trader
A Shenzhen factory that answers its own email
We have been making soft toys and figures in Guangdong since 2009. Everything on this site left our floor.

How we got here
We started as a twelve-machine sewing workshop taking overflow work from larger plush factories. The overflow orders were the ones nobody else wanted: odd shapes, small quantities, impossible deadlines, characters that had to match a style guide exactly. Doing those well turned out to be a business. Today we run our own cutting, embroidery, sewing, stuffing, finishing and packing lines, plus a vinyl and resin workshop, and the awkward jobs are still the ones we are best at.
What being a direct factory changes
Most buyers reach a trading company first. That is not always bad — but it adds a margin, a translation layer and a delay to every technical question. When you write to us, the reply comes from someone who can walk to the line and look at the piece. If a seam is puckering on the sample, you get a photograph of the fix, not a reassurance.
Who you will work with
You get one sales engineer for the life of the project, backed by a pattern maker, a QC lead and a merchandiser. They stay the same from quotation through to shipping documents, so nobody has to be brought up to speed halfway through your production run.
How we run the floor
We hold ourselves to the same social compliance standards our retail customers are audited against: documented working hours, no under-age labour, written contracts, and a factory that can be visited without notice. Buyers running BSCI, SEDEX or Disney FAMA audits are welcome to schedule one — several of our long-term customers already have.
What we will and will not do
- Quote honestly, including the costs you did not think to ask about
- Tell you when a design will not survive a pull test, before you pay for it
- Photograph problems rather than hide them
- Keep your artwork confidential and off our sample shelf
- Copy another customer's design for you
- Substitute a cheaper fabric without written approval
- Ship goods that failed inspection and hope you do not notice
Send us the drawing. We will send back a price.
A photo from your phone is enough to start. Tell us the size, the quantity and the market, and you will have a costed quotation with material options within one business day.
