Where plush forgives, vinyl records everything. A soft edge in the sculpt, a mould line in the wrong place or a paint mask that is half a millimetre out will be visible on every unit — so almost all of the work happens before the first shot.

We start from a digital sculpt: either your 3D file or a sculpt our team builds from your 2D artwork. You approve turntable renders, then a 3D-printed grey resin proof, then a fully painted hand sample, before tooling is cut. Soft PVC suits chunky character shapes and survives being handled; ABS and polyresin hold fine detail for display pieces. Paint is applied with masks and by hand, and we photograph the master under standard lighting so production can be judged against a fixed reference rather than a memory.
