Dolls sit between a plush toy and a fashion product. The body is a sewing problem; the face, hair and clothing are craft. Most of the cost, and all of the character, lives in those last three.
We produce both fixed-outfit dolls and dolls with fully removable clothing, including tiny functional closures — snaps, hook-and-loop and buttons that actually work at doll scale. Faces can be printed, embroidered or a hybrid, with hand-set hair in mohair, faux fur or fibre wefts. For heritage, cultural and educational lines, we work from your reference photographs and iterate on trim details until the costume is right, because that detail is the entire point of the product. Skin tones are matched from a physical fabric card rather than a screen so what you approve is what arrives.
